What Is JUVÉDERM^® & Restylane^®?

JUVÉDERM & Restylane® are FDA-approved injectable treatments to treat facial volume loss and to enhance natural facial contours. These dermal fillers allos for the non-surgical, minimally invasive treatment of the following areas:

What Can I Expect During This Treatment?

Before receiving this treatment, our team will apply a topical numbing solution to minimize discomfort associated with it.

There is no set downtime associated with the treatment process and you should be able to return to your normal daily activities immediately. Appointment times are relatively short for these treatments but will vary based on the number and severity of concerns addressed. You may notice some bruising or swelling in the treatment area immediately after the treatment.

The results with dermal fillers are immediate! While results achieved with dermal fillers are not permanent, they may last for up to a year.

Pre-Care Instructions

• Avoid taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen, Advil®, Motrin®, Aleve®, Fish oil, and Ginko Biloba as these blood thinners could cause additional bruising
• Avoid alcoholic beverages for 24 hours prior to treatment
• Consider Using Arnica prior to treatment to minimize any bruising

Post-Care Instructions

• Do not touch the injection site 2-3 hours after treatment
• Do not exercise for at least 3 hours
• Avoid consumption of alcohol for the next 12 hours to minimize any bruising
• Avoid sleeping on you face for the first few nights
